This item is a Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Basket. It was introduced in 1951 and discontinued in 1980. It measures 6 1/2" tall. It is Number 3837 MI in an old catalog. It is in great condition. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. This is a beautiful Fenton piece. It is unsigned.
